New MAC-user. How Do I sync (only Contacts and Calendar) From iPhone to Outlook 2011? I prefer only to use iTunes. As far as I can see, iTunes formerly was able to make such a sync.

You can't. Microsoft left this out of Office 2011 for Mac. There are some mentions that they will add it back in with a update in 2011.
Any idea when the updates come out? Does iCal sync with Outlook calendar? Can outlook calendar information be transferred easily to iCal and then synced onto iPhone?
iCal and Outlook calendar don't currently sync. Only Microsoft knows when they are planning the next update. You might want to check their support pages -- and also contact their support to let them know you want this feature added to Outlook.
Once your events are on an iCal calendar, then it should be easy to sync to your iPhone.
