Syncing photos from iPhoto and folders outside iPhoto

Gary how do I Sync photos from iPhoto and folders outside iPhoto to my iPhone. I had till today been syncing only events and albums in iPhoto.
I also want another folder in my documents folder to be synced. On going to the chose folder option I chose the folder I needed. Then how fo I remove that folder if I don’t need to sync it. ?

    You have to choose one or the other. You can't do both. I would just import those particular photos into iPhoto and make a special Event just for that purpose.
    If you do Folders, just change the folder that syncs. The old should be removed and the new one synced.
