I’ve recently purchased the Apple Time Capsule and think it’s great. However, when it does its normal 15 minute interval back-up process, it automatically changes my Mac’s active “Spaces” Screen to Screen #4. I have not set any Time Capsule related program to the Spaces options (Only iMovie and Garage Band are set to Screen #4.
What am I doing wrong?

That's odd. I'd try turning Spaces off and back on.
Also 15 minutes is quite often. The default I get is every hour.
