You can't use it for your PC. Well, you could if you don't use it as a Time Machine backup drive. But you want to use it as a Time Machine backup, right? In that case, you use the whole drive as the backup for you Mac(s).
If you also want to have a shared network drive between your Macs and PC, then you can attach an external drive to it, or buy another networked drive. Or, just access the PC's drive from the Mac (file sharing) or vice-versa. Depends on what you want to share and how.

Thanks Gary for your answer, but the Time Capsule, I can open a folder in which you can access from my PC and store some files there as backup.
Thank you very much and greetings

You shouldn't do that. A Time Machine backup drive should only be used for Time Machine backups. Adding or removing files from that drive could cause issues.

Can I reconfigure my Time Capsule as two drives, one for Time Machine backups (we have three Macs that backup to it) and the other virtual drive for Windows files such as games to access with Bootcamp?

I wouldn't recommend that. Even if you could get it working, access over the network is much much slower than local access. I would just get an external USB drive.
