You can share your card from the Contacts app, but maybe you don’t want to share all of it. Go to Contacts, Preferences, vCard and enable private me card. Then use Card, Go to My Card. Then click the Edit button. Now you’ll see checkboxes on the right and can uncheck things you don’t want to export when sharing your card.

Minor point: On my Mac running Catalina (Contacts Version 12.0 (2421.22) the ‘Enable private me card’ setting was found under the preferences ‘vCard’ tab.

Fabulous tip! Since I have a dozen email addresses, but only want 1 to go out in a v-card, I had to create a 2nd card for myself. Now I can delete that!
