This has been a problem for me since adding iPhone and Airbook to join my iMac. I have two Apple IDs. I just replaced my Airbook and now I'm playing musical chairs when I go back and forth. My password is not recognized and I'm forced to replace it or try to. If I try too many times, then I have to wait a day or more. Then I go back to the other device and the new password is not recognized.
