In Lion, the user Library is hidden by default. But you can still get there easily if you need to. In Terminal, you can type open ~/Library. Or, you can hold the option key down while selecting the Go menu in the Finder. This adds the Library to that menu and you can select it.

Until I downloaded Lion OSX I previously forwarded mail to groups of contacts by simply clicking once in the “To” field and my address book would automatically open and I could highlight the names required and drag them into the to field. Now nothing happens when I ... (3 Comments)

OSX Lion mail application, i have mail on full screen, with the 3 colours open. Folders on left, mail list in the middle coloum and mail read windows on the right. However the text is quite small. i zoom in using command and + keys, this zooms to the size i require. this soon ... (1 Comment)

Under all previous versions of Mail, the Dock icon would show the total number of unread messages in all my accounts. Under Lion, the Dock icon is showing the unread count only for my Mac.com email address (which happens to be the first account in the account list). When other ... (9 Comments)

Lion includes Launchpad, a new way to find and run applications. You can view the icons of all your applications quickly by running Launchpad and flipping between pages of icons similar to the Home screens on the iPad and iPhone. You can organize your icons in app folders. Apps purchased in the Mac App Store are automatically added to Launchpad. But using Launchpad is optional as you can still run applications using the Dock and other methods.
