    I have the new emoji, but I need to _not_ use them until th people I message have upgraded their iPhones. I tried sending the "hands making heart" emoji to my wife today. She replied, "I don't understand what you meant by a ? and a square." So be forewarned, because you can send the new emoji does not mean everyone will see them. Just a heads up. [Loved the video, especially the nice graphics and text. Entertaining and educational, as usual.]

    Love the emojis! I updated to 12.3 but still see the old emojis even when i do Ctrl-Cmd-spacebar. Am I supposed to do something else? Thank you!

    Joan: First, double-check that you are using 12.3. Then bring up the Emoji viewer and search for one of the new ones. Search for "hand heart" for instance.
