Emoji are characters that are defined by the international group "Unicode Consortium" and then are implemented as fonts in the operating systems by companies like Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc. You can't create your own. There is no such thing as a custom emoji character.

If you want to include an image in a text or email, just add that image. Like a photo, drawing or any image in a standard format that you want to create. You can add any image you want to a text or email.

That said, there is an penguin emoji if you want to use that: 🐧
