With iCloud storage, do I need to continue to backup Photos and Music to an off site service? I pay for 2TB of storage and I pay for Music Match. I have a full local backup.

That is up to you. It is true that you have multiple ways to restore photos of something should happen to your Mac. So your online backup may be overkill. I do it, but I’m mostly concerned with my work files.
You bought up another question. Since I use iCloud to store my Documents folder as well, I guess I really don't need another online backup.
