I have over 100 albums. I’d like to quickly go to an album rather than scrolling down to find one. Is there a search tool for this?

I don't think there is a way. Album names don't appear in searches.
One thing you may want to do is to organize them into folders. You create a folder with File, New Folder. Then drag albums into there. That way you can create an organizational structures that makes it easier to find the albums. I have mine in folders by year since I have about 100 albums as well. But you may find a different way is better for you.
Should setting up more folder be done on my Mac or iPhone or...
if I arrange folders on my Mac will they also be that way on my devices?
