How Can I Save Emails Sent To a Group for Later Access and Search By the Group ?

I send a daily email to family members. For historical and future access I’d like to save them in a searchable format for later access by any of them. Do you know of any services or trick to do this?

Can't you just search for them in the Mail app? Does the email have a subject line that is consistent? Or maybe a "to" or "cc" email address that is unique? Then you could create a Smart Mailbox to show them all. Once you have that built you can add an item to the Smart Mailbox search conditions for some text.

I essentially do that now, but they are not accessible by all the recipients which is my goal.

John: Ah, so you want them to be stored somewhere in an archive that others can search. I see. So you need a solution outside of your email account and local apps. I suppose there are some blogging platforms that allow you to send an email to them and they end up as a blog post, searchable on the site. You can do that with your own WordPress site too. So you could sign up for that and then in include that email address when you send, then the message ends up as a post at the site.
