How Do I Create a Document Outline In Pages?

what is the easiest way to create an outline and make a template of it? The outline templates is no more on the current version of Pages

I am doing presentations and I hand out outlines of the topic to be presented.

    The template is still there. If it is the one I think you mean, it is under Basic and is called Note Taking.

    But you could also just start a blank document and use any Bullet and Lists style you think may fit your needs. Try them all in a sample document and customize those to your liking.
