Column Header: Type
Items: Card, Monetary Donation, Food Donation

What you want is a Pop-Up Menu. Select the cell, then select Format on the top right. Then select Cell under that. Then set the Data Format to Pop-Up Menu. A list will appear with Item 1, Item 2, Item 3. Change those to the first three values of what you want, and then use the + button to add more.
