How Do I Import a DVD To New iPad?

I just got a new 12.9 IPad and want to put movie’s (DVD’s) that I own on it.
How do I do that?

    There is no easy way. If you have a Mac or a PC, you can use a DVD importing app that transfers the video from the DVD to a file. Each app works differently and you'd have to learn how to use it to create a file that is compatible with your iPad. Then you can sync the video file to your iPad using iTunes on the computer.
