I am trying to send multiple Numbers Files to people who use Excel. I am sending them via MAC Mail on a single document. I drag the Number file to the email but how do you convert to Excel prior to sending?

You have to use the File, Export To, Excel function in Numbers to convert them to Excel. Save out each file this way until you have them all as .xls files. You have to do them all one at a time as there is no "batch" export function or anything like that. Then attach them all to your message by dragging and dropping them from the Finder to your mail message.
