How do I switch apps in stage manager using keyboard?

Should be self-explanatory. I am trying to learn, by practice, the keyboard shortcuts for macOS Ventura and apps I use most frequently (Notes, Safari, Calendar, etc.)

    You do it the same ways as you would without Stage Manager, with one addition:

    • App Switcher (Command+Tab)
    • Mission Control (Control+up)
    • Dock (Control+F3)
    • LaunchPad (keyboard shortcut varies)
    • Spotlight (Command+space, type app name)

    With Stage Manager, you can also click on the windows you want if you see them on the left side of the screen.
