It would be a matter of exporting the email from thunderbird and then importing it into Mail. Thunderbird is one of the import options in Mail, so it may be as easy as taking the files from Thunderbird and just bringing them over to your Mac. There's no easy way for me to try it myself, but it should be possible, yes.
