How To See the Exact Time a Video Was Created?

After importing videos captured on my iPhone, how do I see the exact time the video was created? I took some videos of issues with my dog, and I need to log it as it progresses. I thought I could sort it in the Photos app after importing, but I can’t see a way other than day. I then dragged the videos into a new folder outside of the Photos app, but the creation date is showing the date it started to be copied into that folder. Some of the videos are close together on the same day, and I’m looking to pull the day, time stamp. I thought there was an EXIF viewer by CMD+I but just copy date. I also thought there was an episode you did about pulling metadata with automator for sorting, but I couldn’t find it and my automator skills are weak. Hope this makes some sense of what I am requesting. Thanks.

In the Photos app, you can select a photo or video and use Window, Info to get information about that item and see the exact time.

You can select a new photo or video without closing the Info window and the info for the selected item will show. If you have an album and sort it by Oldest First, then they will be in order of time, even if they are on the same day.

If you want to export the original, with the original date and time, then choose the item, then File, Export, Export Unmodified Original.
