Im new to publishing a website. Ive taken this one over and trying to publish. Cant seem to find where my files went. Where does Mac store them?

Are you publishing to MobileMe? If so, they go to your MobileMe account. But if you are publishing locally (to your Mac for review) then they are in your user "Sites" folder.
