Hello,
Usually, when I am composing an email, I’ll get a little suggestion bubble below a word that I misspelled. In the last few days, I’ve noticed that I no longer get the suggestion bubble. Instead, misspelled words just have a red dotted line under them. I kinda miss the suggestion bubble.
This is Mac High Sierra that I’m running.

The control for that is in the Edit menu in Mail, Spelling and Grammar, Correct Spelling Automatically.
There is also a separate checkbox in System Preferences, Keyboard, Text, Correct Spelling Automatically.
Thank you, Gary. I have all that checked properly, but for some reason I'm only getting the dotted red line under misspelled words.
