Gary, a buddy of mine bought an Airport and bought a 1Tb hard drive to connect to it. He ask me about setting up. I told just plug it in and make sure the hard drive was formatted as FAT32 and he should be able to see the hard drive on his windows PC. he can not though. Do you ... (9 Comments)

I’ve learned that Win7 shares files and folders with Mac. I want to uninstall Win7 and Parallels but am afraid I’ll lose files. I use an EHD with TimeMachine for backups. How should I do this?

I added a “Send Mail” button to Safari (via Customize Toolbar). When I click it, it tells me I need to install Mail.app … even though it is installed and works fine. The “send mail” feature in the services menu is working fine, though.

Certainly should set up a WPA2 password for network. Worth it to also hide network? Or use MAC address exclusion? If I do use it, how do I find out MAC address of iPhone?

Gary, I have an Iphone 4 now and tried to use the camera but the shutter wont open. Rear or front both ! Facetime wont work as a result of that too.

I completed a Keynote presentation. I have video in the Keynote.
