I am using the new iPhoto 2011. Sending photos using iphoto, using some of the new templates like “postcard” and “letterpress.” It sends the email but I cannot find a copy in my sent items folder for some reason. Why is this?

It depends on the system you are using to send email An IMAP (or Exchange, or MobileMe) system in the clid should have everything you send in a "sent" folder of some sort.
But if you are just using a plain POP/SMTP email system, then it doesn't usually save the sent email. That is saved locally, like in your Mail application. But since you aren't using Mail to send the email, it won't be in there.
You can remedy this by simply CC or BCCing the email to yourself.
on my imac I am using the Mail application (using my mobileme). I want to be able to delete these mails so they do not take up memory/space
Select the message and press Delete.
I cant find the message in my sent box
Then they aren't there - so they aren't taking up any space.
I am using iphoto 11 email (postcard). I can only send to one recipient, as when I try to enter a second one, the send button grays out. Can I send to multiple recipients or only one?
You can send to multiple, sure. Just enter the email addresses with a comma between them.
I tried that and when I tap the comma all the addresses disappear. Any ideas?
That's odd. Hard to advise you without being there. Maybe a stop by the Genius Bar will clear it up?
I am about two hours away from an apple store, but do have tech support and will try giving them a call. Thank you
I got the problem fixed. I needed to adjust my mail settings. I can now send to multiple recipients.
