Services in Lion

I’ve found two services (Encode Selected Audio Files and Encode Selected Video Files) and I was wondering if these are part of Lion or if this was created when I installed an app.
Path: Macintosh HD -> System -> Library -> Services.
Could you please check if you have these installed or not? Thanks in advance.
