How to Host a Video Podcast

What steps do I need to take now? Using Imovie I have 3 minute video art episodes published to youtube and would like to “host” it for a monthly podcast that people could subscribe. I do have my art website domain that uses “myname.com” and am not sure if I can use this if at all. I’m confused on what are the next steps to host my episodes, how my website is involved, do I have to use a website like feedburner or podbean to make this podcast happen. Do I need to share to Itunes to get it in mp3 or somthing else?
