Is there any way I can use a footnote number more than once on the same page? I don’t want a whole list of different numbers all referring to the same source in my document.

How Can I Use a Footnote More Than Once In Pages?

Each footnote comes from a single point in the text. But there's nothing to stop you from adding your own number or character and making it a smaller font size and superscript to match the actual footnote indicator. The only problem would be if you insert text before the two footnotes and the second one is pushed to another page.
Typically, I've only seen the first occurrence of a word or phrase used as a footnote. It is assumed that the others after that can be figured out by the reader.
