I receive multiple calls from the same number. I have used the “Block this Caller” in RECENTS to no avail. Is there another way to do it?

Have a recent video on how to do this here: https://macmost.com/blocking-iphone-phone-calls-and-messages.html. But it sounds like you are already doing this and it isn't working?
My only thought is that maybe the calls aren't coming from the same number, really? If this is a telemarketing call, maybe they are spoofing the caller ID and using a set of digits that look like a phone number.
Have you looked in Settings, Phone, Call Blocking to see what is there?
Another way to do it may be to use your phone company's blocking system. Check with them or look in your account on their web site. Usually they have some way to block numbers that doesn't rely on the phone itself, but blocks the number in their system.
