When on line, the screen print is too small to read. I know how to change it using command and + but this isn’t a permanent change? Is there another way?

You have a variety of options when it comes to enlarging text on your Mac. The Command+Plus is a good one and easy to do. Check out this video for others:

If you're sick of squinting to read text on your iMac, write to Apple to tell their engineers. Go to http://www.apple.com/feedback, then go to the bottom of the page and click on the OS link (currently Lion).
Don't complain to the forums, tell Apple!
Thank you for the direct link - I just complained. Had I done my homework and known about this issue, I would have never switched to an IMac...
I was playing around with my mouse and keyboard. Somehow the print on the page and tool bar got huge. I cannot get it back to normal. Can anyone help? Make it easy to understand please. This is not acceptable for working on a computer!
Depends on which app you are using? Safari? If so, View, Actual Size will get you back. Other apps usually have it in the view menu. Or, maybe you zoomed in your entire screen (for the visually impaired). Command+Option+8 will turn that off.
Not sure what you mean by the last comment -- if you command your computer to make text larger, shouldn't it do as you command?
