How Do I Quickly Refresh Carrier Connection Without Using Airplane On and Off So I Also Do Not Have To Lose Temporarily Lose Bluetooth Connection?

My carrier connection on my phone is not good and only works near the window so I have to go near a window to use my data connection. When I do go near a window it usually takes several minutes for the 4G connection to automatically connect but if I quickly turn airplane mode on and then off then the connection only takes like 10 seconds. The problem that I am having is that while listening to podcasts through a bluetooth headphone the bluetooth connection is turned off during airplane mode cycle so the podcast app is stopped and then I’m also forced to reopen the podcast app to restart the podcast. Is there an app that does quick carrier refresh?

You can go into Settings, Cellular, and then turn on and off Cellular Data. I don't know if that is quick enough for you, but it is the only way I can think of to this.
There wouldn't be an app for this, as apps aren't allowed to affect the system in this way -- it could lead to dangerous and unstable results.

Using the cellular data button does not work for me like using airplane mode. If I'm on the edge network and need to be on 4G then use cellular data button the "e" will just disappear and quickly reappear and I have to hold my phone by the window for several minutes before it will switch to 4G but if I use airplane mode then it only takes 10 seconds to connect to 4G. I've seen apps that control airplane, bluetooth and wifi on and off settings but do any apps leave bluetooth and wifi on while doing everything else airplane mode does?

I don't think I've ever seen an app control Airplane mode on the iPhone. It would almost certainly violate app developer rules.

Oh yes those apps are in violation. I forgot I saw them as a jailbreak feature.

I need a command like "Siri, refresh data connection!" so I can quickly get reconnected to data and not have to reconnect to bluetooth or wifi.
