It depends on whether the message is coming from macOS or whether it is coming from some sort of custom print software from your printer. If it is from macOS, then look in the Dock and you should see an icon for the printer and be able to click it to bring up controls that should include a way to unpause.
If this message is from some sort of special software, then it depends on the software/printer. I'd consult any docs or support pages for the printer or software.
