How you do video to text transcripts on a mac?

Garry, outstanding videos and work. Thanks for sharing such top and time saving information. Can you help: I would like to transcript a .mp4 video file to text? What the best and most effective way to do this. How do you do it with your videos? Thanks again Garry.

    There's no magic to it. You just have to listen to the video and type the text. Of course most people who produce video use a service for this. There are tons of companies and individuals online that do this, charging different amounts for different levels of quality. I don't have any specific recommendations.
