Gary has the problem of merging Multiple apple ids for iCloud been resolved?
Not much has been found on the net regarding this except a while back that apple was considering merging them.

I have a clip in i movie11 with a Kens Burn effect at the end of that clip i want to freeze the last frame so i can fade up to another identical frame with a photo shop effect.

When I command click to open a new link sometimes it will open in a new tab and view it and other times it will open the new tab but stay in the current tab/view.
Conversely the shift/command click will have the opposite effect.
