I use Mail to monitor/manage 4 email addresses. After updating to Big Sur my Mailbox List sidebar is so much messier. For example, after “Favorites” is a non-moveable “On My Mac” section that currently has 9 Mailboxes below it: Drafts, Drafts, Sent, Sent, ... (6 Comments)

I have one gmail.com address, but am getting all kinds of messages where the TO: is a variety of things like *@aol.com *@gmail.com, etc. I can click on the arrow next to the name and in some I can block the contact. If I go to it again the option is to unblock the contact. ... (3 Comments)

I have stupidly tried to make room on an external drive which is set up via Time machine by moving old backup files to the waste bin :-( These files will not empty and I am at a loss as too how to empty the bin?

Is there a way that you can choose the accent color of an app?
Or does choosing “Multi-color accent” just choose for you?

Attempted to upgrade Mac to Big Sur. As I progressed it said that a recently used app – iPhoto would not work unless an update was used.fully aware Apple moved on from iPhoto to Photos but like iPhoto. Assuming there is no update for iPhoto.

Now retired and have too many pictures from work that I’m not ready to delete.
Want to put on an external drive and delete them from Mac library. Most are in iPhoto, which I like better than Photos.

After setting up my mail accounts for iCloud,Google,and aol. I’ve noticed that each account is using or accessing other apps. Google is using mail,contacts and calendars. Aol is using mail. Why is this happening and do it need it?
