I want to permanently save and sometimes print a text message I’ve received on my iPad Air 2 or iPhone 6S Plus. I currently just take a screenshot and print that. Is there another way to do it?

Is there a way I can deselect a list of checkboxes ie set their values to false in Numbers? I use the list to mark off tasks by the month, but at end of month there are 30+ to reset as these tasks are repeated each month.

In powerpoint you get the feature to make a picture have soft or blured edges. You can also set the percentage of the edge to be blured. Does Keynote has a similar function? If not, how can I create a picture with soft or blured edges in keynote?

I want to search Mail for multiple words. I thought it might have the same capability as Finder for adding multiple levels of search criteria. I’m an old PC dog, so maybe I’m missing an obvious Mac method… ;)

In Gmail, why can’t I move an email from the results of an inbox search to my receipts (or elsewhere for that matter). The only option is a useless “back to inbox”. Is there a way?
