Safari application not showing in new User Account !

Gary this was very strange. I created a new administrator user profile account on an IMAC 27 inch.
On logging into it I found a Question Mark on the Dock where Safari was originally placed in the other User Profiel. So evern though Safari installed, it does not show up in the new user profile. I did a spotlight search in applications too but it is just not there…

    What happens when you go to the Applications folder and run Safari from there?
    But does it still work if you log in to the other account?
    You may need to do an OS X re-install to get Safari back if it is really gone.
