Forum Question: What would I need to connect my white macbook to a micro projector?

I recently picked up a m2 micro projector from a small company called aaxa tech. Its an amazing projector that can fit in the palm of your hand yet still produce native xga 1024×768 resolution. It also has a/v input, vga, usb, and hdmi.
I wanted to know what I would need to be able to connect the micro projector to my macbook.

Well, if you have a newer MacBook with a Mini DisplayPort connection, then you would need either the Mini DisplayPort-to-VGA adapter, or a Mini DisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter — assuming that VGA and HDMI are the two video inputs it has.

It is an older macbook with the mini DisplayPort. Would there be any other settings I would need to change?

Hey Gary! Thanks for all your help!!
I finally got it working and it looks pretty good. Its not gonna be considered for an Oscar or anything, but it gets the job done.
