Where Can I Find Canned Loops In GarageBand?

I have GarageBand and logic studio and i can’t find any canned loops
to add to my videos.
I saw your video on how to create my own loops but where are the canned loops?

    So what happens when you go to the loops browser in GarageBand? How many loops are shown?
    Look in /Library/Audio and see if you have any loops there. If they are there, but not in GarageBand, you should be able to drag and drop them into your GarageBand loops browser.
