Not in iTunes, no. iTunes isn't a media creation tool. In iMovie, yes, you can sort of do that by recording a voiceover and then adjusting the length of your clips to match. If you want to set the timing of slides to your voice, then Keynote is the program you should use. There is a function specifically for that in Keynote.
