I do a weekly radio show for 10 minutes and record as mp3. I want to set up in Imovie, so I can drop in slides when hit certain topics. But I can’t seem to just drop in mp3. I than want to put into website as swf.
Is there an idea , better program to use?

You can definitely use mp3 files. But you need to start with video first -- or images. You can't start with mp3. iMovie would do this well. You can also probably use Keynote in some way. You may also want to consider using GarageBand to produce an "enhanced podcast" in QuickTime. It won't be a .swf, but it will be something similar that can be played back in iTunes.
You'll then need to create an .swf which is a whole other story. Of course you can use one of many tools to make a swf (Flash) slideshow which would be the same content but a much smaller download.
I got the swf down. How do I stretch an image to go for the whole 10 minutes than drop in slides with specific data (I learned that in one of your videos)

In the clip adjustments panel you can set a duration. Default is 4s. Not sure what the maximum is.
But the way I would do it is to drop your first image in, and then apply the 10 minutes of audio. You'll only get a 4s video. But then drop a new image after the first one and your get 8s with two images. Drop in all the images, in fact. Then adjust the time for each one with the clip adjustments.
Hold the phone on this. You CAN do it in GarageBand. Here's what I did. I created a new GarageBand project and selected Podcast as my project type. This allowed me to drag and drop images into the Podcast track to create an enhanced podcast. Then I exported and choose AAC, but I actally got a .m4a file. When I opened it in QuickTime X I was able to play it and see the slides along with the audio. But this is a special kind of QuickTime movie and won't play in very many places. So I just did a "Save As" a regular QuickTime movie and I got a video out of it. Cool! Might want to do a show on that.
I was able to get it to look the way I want, now my latest issue. I use video to swf program, so I can than upload on my website. I am getting a message that says - Flash player can only play 16,000 frames, I need to reduce. How do I do this?

Well, you should then export it at a lower frame rate -- like 15 fps. But it will be a noticeable quality difference. Maybe find a better way to get it on your site.
