Just select multiple messages and press delete. Or, select multiple messages and drag them all to the Mail trash folder on the left.
Oh I should have said is there any way to delete multiple copies of the same message. I don't know why but sometimes mail will delete the messages in My online Hotmail account and when I move them back to the inbox it ads it to the Apple Mail inbox and I have to go threw and delete all of them because they are already there.
No way that I know off-hand. Seems like a bug with Hotmail anyway. There might be an AppleScript to do it if you think it is worth the effort of researching and trying one out.
