Yesterday, my MacBoook Crashed and my Trackpad was really acting weird. So, I reinstalled MacOSX and DID NOT MAKE A BACKUP. And I just bought some Songs from iTunes. Can I get them back or are they gone forever?

Reinstalling OS X won't delete any of your data. Are you sure your iTunes library isn't still there? Now if you chose to erase your hard disk and reinstall, then yes, it would erase everything. But usually there would be no need to do that, especially for something as tiny as "trackpad was acting weird" -- just a normal re-install without a disk erase would do the same.
So, to answer your question, if you purchased the songs with your iTunes account then those songs are still yours. Contact Apple and let them know what happened. They should be able to switch something in your account to let you download those songs again.
Of course this incident should inspire you to buy a backup drive and start using Time Machine. Imagine if you had lost your family photos? Or work/school documents?
I am a noob at Mac, its a new MacBook 09. And with Windows, I learned everytime I had to reinstall it, I had to erase the whole Data. So, I did it and reinstalled it. The Trackpad is still Acting weird, Expose is crashing and so on. The Trackpad does Highlight Everything, Grabs a Window without I want it to and stuff like that. After the reinstall it doesnt work either. I had a Windows BackUp Drive and soon wanted to start Tie Machine . . . to late, huh?
It sounds like it might be a hardware issue. A faulty trackpad? If it is a new MacBook, I'd take it in to the Apple Store right away. They may be able to fix the problem quickly and easily.
I am a ******* ******. I know what the Problem could a been : The freaking Magic Mouse in my Pocket . . . I am such a Dork
