Since 42 is the geekiest natural number in base 10, fans have informed me that I better bring my A game. In super speed, I introduce a new 13370R, the Tech Viking, who is really cool. He is the first 13370r to achieve super special elite status because he sends in a picture. He uses Gimp. Which comes standard on Ubuntu. Ubuntu is the coolest thing ever! Avoiding the obvious, 42 is the name of a Doctor Who episode, and Amazing Spiderman #42, is the issue that Mary Jane Watson makes her first appearance, with the famous line “Face it Tiger, you just hit the JACKPOT!” Still avoiding the obvious, I talk a little bit about Douglas Adams and the guide. Hopefully you’ll learn something new, even if you are a big fan already. Kevin Smith was going to direct an episode of BSG, but isn’t due to a scheduling conflict. He is going to direct an episode of Heroes though. News: man dies from inhaling excessive buttery microwave popcorn smell. I’m featured by Abby Normal: http://home.cinci.rr.com/unboxed Lastly, buy my shirts: help geek girl, look snappy. It’s win-win. StickerGiant.com

In this episode, I get a lot of input about the number 41. Thanks a lot! I’d really like to know what upcoming games, TV series and movies you are looking forward to, so that I can focus on them in the future. Most importantly… I tell you about a HUGE geek girl announcement coming this monday. What am I wearing, and where can you get it?

In this episode I start off by explaining Code 39, showing a sample barcode (that actually represents another Barcode system, but I didn’t have any Code 39 around my desk. Anyway, this episode is extra special treat, because Jen from JenReviewsMovies.com guest stars with an interview of Empire Magazine. They talk about upcoming movies Iron Man, Indiana Jones and the Dark Knight (sequel to Batman Begins). I’m also excited about the upcoming DragonLance movie expected this Winter. Send me your esoteric facts about the number 40! The more geekier the better, send it to geekgirl@clevermedia.com

This episode I talk about NBC’s Heroes alternate reality game, and I translate the spanish article posted on wireless’ blog. Then I read 3 view letters. No new 13370RZ to introduce next week. I never know what I’m going to get in my letterbox tomorrow. I never know, because a little bird never tells me what I want to know. She’s my best friend. She’s a sparrow.

This week I kick things off by throwing out some numberical facts out there. Then, I go into talking about my First Geocaching Adventure! Sorry about the crazy camera work. I’ve never tried to walk and film before. It was a learning experience as a geocacher and a camera man… er… camera person. Anyway, footage was taken down in Georgia, in search for travel bug Dancing Bear. As always, my theme song was created by the Daze Girls. You can check them out at myspace.com/theDaze. To learn more about Geocaching, go to geocaching.com. This episode is dedicated to the loving memory of Dancing Bear. Although I did not have the opportunity to know her personally, I’m sure she brightened the lives of everyone who did.

In this episode I show off my Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends – Bloo – Quiet Intensity shirt from Hot Topic. Later on, I show you the results of my home allspark experiment, trying to create autonomous sentient robots out of ordinary household appliances. I end up with a grump lamp. Did you know about Amigurumi? If you’ve made any, or know anyone who has, please send me a picture. This week we welcome The Bartender to the 13370RZ, and we’re on the lookout for a hero to fill the slot of The Supersizer.

This week I don’t make an appearance, because I’m feeling under the weather. But good thing I still have a lot of great interview content to share with you! I’ll be up and running again next week and talking about Die Hard and Transformers! If you haven’t seen them yet, I don’t know what your excuse is, but you have a one week extension to see it before I possibly reveal spoilers.
