Downloading Flash/YouTube videos & Keynote

I’m trying to make a Keynote presentation on Haiti relief that will include some Flash/YouTube vidos. What is the best way to get offline use of these and embed them into Keynote?

First thing you want to do is to make sure you have permission to use the video. So contact the publisher of the video and ask. Since YouTube presents highly compressed video, you may want to also ask them for better quality source files at the same time. Otherwise, you can find software out there that will take the .flv video from YouTube and convert it. I don't use that sort of software, so I can't recommend any one in particular.
