Is El Capitan Completely Stable?

Is El Captain completely stable now….especially in regard to me using LR CC.

I use Yosemite on my 2013 macbook pro retina fully spec’d.

    No. It isn't completely stable. Neither is Yosemite. Or any OS X before that. Or any version of Windows or Linux or any OS ever.
    Software has bugs. Bugs are fixed, but it never gets to 100% stable. Software is made by humans and we're not perfect.
    I've been using El Capitan since it came out, which was months after it was in public beta, so it has been out for a long time now.
    Going from Yosemite to El Capitan means you trade one set of bugs for another. But at least you are getting the latest OS with the latest features.
    As for "LR CC" -- do you mean Lightroom and Creative Cloud? I can't speak for Lightroom, but I use Creative Cloud a lot and didn't notice a difference when going from Yosemite to El Capitan. Have you checked in the Adobe forums for Lightroom to see what people are saying?
