If I hit the info icon in finder to get info about a folder, then pops up one(1) info panel!

Photos app does not allow me to specify this standard size for printing. Any ideas how to this without trial and error ? Is there a separate app that does this or is there a way in iPad os to help. Thanks

OS Catalina in Reminders you can select a particular list > Command A > right click > select Check All. But, is there a way to uncheck multiple items as a reverse to the above? I am looking to avoid the need to click on each and every item to uncheck it.
