I tried to highlight cells (in number) based on other cells (in text) in Numbers, but what I got is the cells (in number) cannot be highlighted based on other cells (in text) with “IF” formula.

I have all my photos in disaray on my macbook of 1 year, and pc and laptop of over 10 or so years. Would a photostick I saw advertised on the web be a good choice for downloading photos onto, is it safe, organised in folders etc. Thank you.
