iPhoto vs Aperture 3

What are the differences and which do you prefer, iPhoto or Aperture?

    I don't use Aperture, so I can't really state a preference. I like iPhoto, and I don't even have the time to use all of the things that iPhoto offers -- tagging each photo, titles, locations, etc.
