I got into some space problems and tried to delete a number of very large files I had moved to trash – using snow leopard – tried everything I could think of but it dies every time.
size of trash is almost 250MB.

When archiving AVCHD .mts files. Would I need to archive all the folders or their is certain ones that I need. Trying to save space. By the way is it good idea to zip the archive to save some space?
