How do you change the position of Columns in Numbers and keep the Formulas for the cells?
When I created the spreadsheets I put the Columns in the order I thought they should be. After using them I decided the order was wrong and it was causing some confusion.

Just drag and drop. Click and drag the top of a column, the part labeled with letters, to the left or right to reorder them. As for formulas, they should adjust accordingly. Try it and see.
