How To Create Another Photo Library On My iMac?

I was thinking of creating another photos Library on my iMac with photos off a flash drive.
I would appreciate your input Gary.

    Hold the Option key down while launching Photos and you get the option there. This is also how you switch libraries once you have more than one.
